On behalf of your community, Cardinal Property Management, AAMC is excited to bring you a new look and enhanced site for your community association. Our hope is that this community website serves as an information resource for your community and a resourceful tool for communication with our office.

After logging into your account, you will have access to your owner portal which will allow you to pay your assessment, view your account history, elect to receive electronic communication and e-statements from your community, update your contact information, access association documents including Rules & Regulations and Meeting Minutes, view and submit service/repair requests, view and submit architectural applications, view and respond to non-compliance notices, and other requests.  If your community has facilities available for rent, you will also have the ability to view the amenity calendar and submit a reservation request.
